Schematic design for a 750 sq. ft. third floor addition, a 225 sq. ft. second floor addition, partial renovation of the existing second floor, and complete exterior renovation of an existing waterfront home in Boyne City, Michigan.  The project was designed in partnership with Indesign of Charlevoix, Michigan.
